ُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ .

English Translation
Abdur-Razzaq (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that 'Abdur-Razzaq narrated a similar report with the same chain, but he did not attribute it to the Prophet ﷺ [SAW]
