أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ بَحِيرٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ
عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحِلُّ النُّهْبَى وَلاَ يَحِلُّ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ كُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ وَلاَ تَحِلُّ الْمُجْثَّمَةُ " .

English Translation
Abu Tha'labah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Wealth taken by force is (not permissible), any predator that has fangs is not permissible, and any animal used for target practice is not permissible
