The Book of Financial Transactions

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَ
نَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَبْتَاعُونَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي أَعْلَى السُّوقِ جُزَافًا فَنَهَاهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَبِيعُوهُ فِي مَكَانِهِ حَتَّى يَنْقُلُوهُ .

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:they used to buy and sell during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at the top of the marketplace without measuring. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade them to sell it in the place where they had bought it until they moved it
