أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُم
Body (Matn)
َرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلاً ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ ثَمَرُ النَّخْلِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " .

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said:"Any man who pollinates a date-palm tree then sells it, the fruits of the tree are for the one who pollinated it, unless the purchaser stipulated otherwise
