أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رِزْمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ حُس

َيْنٍ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ وَاقِدٍ - عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالشُّفْعَةِ وَالْجِوَارِ .
