بِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ .

English Translation
It was narrated that 'Aishsh (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that " the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that what a slave earns belongs to his guarantor
