The Book of Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى
قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، خَذَفَتِ امْرَأَةً فَأَسْقَطَتْ فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي وَلَدِهَا خَمْسِينَ شَاةً وَنَهَى يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ الْخَذْفِ . أَرْسَلَهُ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ .

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Buraidah, from his father, that:a woman threw some pebbles and stuck another woman, and she miscarried. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stipulated (a Diyah of ) fifty sheep for her child. And on that day, he forbade throwing pebbles
