أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ رَوْحٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوَهِبٍ - قَالَ حَ
دَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ عَلَى مُخْتَلِسٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ خَائِنٍ قَطْعٌ " .

English Translation
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The hand of the pilferer, robber and traitor is not to be cut off
