أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي الزَّرْقَاءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، قَالاَ سَمِعْنَا طَاو

ُسًا، يَقُولُ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ قَالَ نَعَمْ . زَادَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ .

English Translation

Sulaiman At-Taimi and Ibrahim bin Maisarah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that "We heard Tawus say: 'A man came to Ibn 'Umar and said: Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ [SAW] forbid soaking (fruits) in earthenware jars? He said: 'Yes.' Ibrahim added in his Hadith: "And Ad-Dubba' (gourds)
