كتاب الأمور المنهي عنها

Arabic Text

وعنه قال‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول‏:‏ ‏ "‏من صور في الدنيا، كُلف أن يَنفخ فيها الروح يوم القيامة وليس بنافخ‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

English Translation

Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whosoever makes a picture, will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and will be asked to infuse soul therein, which he will not be able to do.".
