كتــــاب اللباس

Arabic Text

عن أم سلمة رضى الله عنها قالت‏:‏ كان أحب الثياب إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم القميص‏.‏((رواه أبو داود والترمذي))

English Translation

Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that out of all garments, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ liked the Qamees the best. . Editor's note: The Qamees is a modest, traditional outfit thought to resemble what is now referred to as a thawb.
