وعن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: إلبسوا من ثيابكم البياض؛ فإنها من خير ثيابكم

English Translation
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that i heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Put on white clothes because they are the best; and use them for shrouding your dead.".
