Chapter: The Turban Of Rasoolullah
باب ما جاء في عمامة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سُلَيْمَانَ وَهُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْغَسِيلِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَطَبَ النَّاسَ، وَعَلَيْهِ عِصَابَةٌ دَسْمَاءُ.
English Translation
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that “the Prophet ﷺ (Allah bless him and give him peace) addressed the people while wearing a turban that was dasma’ .
