باب ما جاء في صفة فاكهة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، كَانَ يَأْكُلُ الْبِطِّيخَ بِالرُّطَبِ.
English Translation
'A’isha said: (may Allah be well pleased with her): "the Prophet ﷺ (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to eat watermelon with ripe dates.”
