Chapter: Noble Character And Habits Of Sayyidina Rasoolullah
باب ماجاء في خلق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: مَا ضَرَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم، بِيَدِهِ شَيْئًا قَطُّ، إِلا أَنْ يُجَاهِدَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَلا ضَرَبَ خَادِمًا َوِلا امْرَأَةً.
English Translation
'A’isha said (may Allah be well pleased with her): "Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) never struck anything with his hand unless he was struggling in the cause of Allah , nor did he ever strike a servant or a woman.”
