Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كَثِير
Body (Matn)
ًا مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَحْلِفُ بِهَذِهِ الْيَمِينِ " لاَ وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

English Translation
Salim bin 'Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that from this father (Ibn Umar) who said: "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ often would swear with this oath: 'No! By the Changer of the Hearts
