English Translation
Jabir bin 'Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived in Makkah, performing Tawaf around the House seven times, I heard him reciting: And take the Maqam of Ibrahim as a place of prayer (2:125). So he performed Salat behind the Maqam, then he came to the (Black) Stone, then he said: 'We begin with what Allah began with.' So he began at As-Safa and recited: Indeed As-Safa and Al-Marwah are among the Symbols of Allah (2:)
