English Translation

Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: A person who performs umrah should shout talbiyah till he touches the Black Stone. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been transmitted by 'Abd al-Malik b. Abi Sulaiman and Hammam from 'Ata on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas as his own statement (i.e. the tradition was not attributed to the Prophet ﷺ)
