حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَن

ْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَتَمَنَّيَنَّ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَوْتَ " . فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ .

English Translation

Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ as saying: No one of you should wish for death. He then mentioned the rest of the tradition in a similar manner
