Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ
Body (Matn)
قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " .
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: Cutting of hand is not to be inflicted on one who plunders, but he who plunders conspicuously does not belong to us
