Sahih li dhatihi

Arabic Text

وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

English Translation

Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he also said through this chain: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Cutting of the hand is not to be inflicted on one who is treacherous
