Funerals (Al-Janaa'iz)

Arabic Text

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى عَلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ، فَكُنْتُ فِي الصَّفِّ الثَّانِي أَوِ الثَّالِثِ‏.‏

English Translation

Jabir bin `Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ offered the funeral prayer for An-Najashi and I was in the second or third row
