Menstrual Periods

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي سُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَبَابَةُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، مَاتَتْ فِي بَطْنٍ، فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا‏.‏

English Translation

Samura bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ offered the funeral prayer for the dead body of a woman who died during delivery (i.e. childbirth) and he stood by the middle of her body
