Arabic Text

وَلِمُسْلِمٍ : { أَمْسِكُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالَكُمْ وَلَا تُفْسِدُوهَا , فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ أَعْمَرَ عُمْرَى فَهِيَ لِلَّذِي أُعْمِرَهَا حَياً وَمَيِّتًا، وَلِعَقِبِهِ } 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح .‏ رواه مسلم ( 1625 )‏ ( 26 )‏.‏

English Translation

Muslim has: "Keep your properties for yourselves and do not squander them, for if anyone gives a life-tenancy it goes to the one to whom it is given, both during his life and after his death, and to his descendants."
