أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سُلَيْمَانُ أَخْبَرَنِي، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، أَنّ

النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهَا :" نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ "، قَالَتْ : إِنِّي حَائِضٌ، قَالَ : " إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet ﷺ said to her: 'Hand me the cloth' — when she was menstruating. She said: 'I am menstruating.' He said: 'It is not in your hand.'
