English Translation
It was narrated that Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) was among the most strict in rulings regarding the woman with abnormal bleeding, then he later gave a concession. A woman came to him and asked: 'May I enter the Ka'bah while I am menstruating?' He gave her permission, indicating flexibility in some rulings.
