أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيٌّ هُوَ ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ ، عَنْ عُم

َارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" ثَلَاثَةُ أَحْجَارٍ لَيْسَ مِنْهُنَّ رَجِيعٌ "، يَعْنِي : الِاسْتِطَابَةَ

English Translation

It was narrated that Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanam al-Ash'ari said: I asked Mu'adh ibn Jabal: 'What would you say if I use the siwak from after the Fajr prayer until the sun rises and the prayer time comes, then I perform ablution?' He said: 'I see nothing wrong with that. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The siwak is a purification for the mouth and pleasing to the Lord."'
