أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَطَاوُسٍ ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالُوا :" إِذَا طَهُرَتْ الْحَائِضُ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ، صَلَّتْ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ، وَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ قَبْلَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ، صَلَّتْ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ "

English Translation

It was said to Ibrahim al-Nakha'i: 'The husband of the woman with irregular bleeding — may he be intimate with her?' He said: 'Yes, when she has completed her customary period days, he may be intimate with her.'
