أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ ، أنهما قَالَا فِي الْحُبْلَى :" وَالَّتِي قَعَدَتْ عَنْ الْمَحِيضِ إِذَا رَأَتْ الدَّمَ، تَوَضَّأَتَا وَصَلَّتَا، وَلَا تَغْتَسِلَانِ "
English Translation
It was reported from Ata' and al-Hakam ibn Utaybah that they both said regarding a pregnant woman and a woman who has ceased menstruating who sees blood: 'They both perform wudu and pray, but do not perform ghusl.'
