أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتَوَائِيِّ

، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" أَرْبَعَةٌ لَا يَقْرَءُونَ الْقُرْآنَ : عِنْدَ الْخَلَاءِ، وَفِي الْحَمَّامِ، وَالْجُنُبُ، وَالْحَائِضُ، إِلَّا الْآيَةَ وَنَحْوَهَا لِلْجُنُبِ وَالْحَائِضِ "

English Translation
Ibrahim said: 'Four categories of people should not recite the Quran: in the toilet, in the bathhouse, a person in janabah, and a menstruating woman — except for a verse and the like for the junub and the menstruating woman.'
