Chain of Narration (Isnad)
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ امْ
Body (Matn)
رَأَتَهُ وَقَدْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ، قَالَ :" هِيَ حَائِضٌ مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ، وَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ، وَلَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Hasan that he said: 'She is considered menstruating as long as she has not performed ghusl, and he must pay expiation. He may take her back as long as she has not performed ghusl.'
