Hadith #480

English Translation
It was narrated that someone entered with his mother and aunt upon Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). One of them asked: 'How do you perform ghusl?' She said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pour water three times over his head, then wash the rest of his body. She would pour water over her head and let it reach the roots of her hair.'
