أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ : " أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا،فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَمِّهَا ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ "
English Translation
It was narrated from Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) that her husband divorced her with a triple divorce, and the Prophet ﷺ commanded her to observe her waiting period at the home of her cousin Ibn Umm Maktum.
