أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ أَ

بِي الْوَدَّاكِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَرَفَعَهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي سَبَايَا أَوْطَاسٍ :" لَا تُوطَأُ حَامِلٌ حَتَّى تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا، وَلَا غَيْرُ ذَاتِ حَمْلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Said al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding the captives of Awtas: 'A pregnant woman shall not be touched until she gives birth, and a non-pregnant woman shall not be touched until she has had one menstrual cycle.'
