أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الل

Body (Matn)

َّهِ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي. قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا : الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ : الْبِكْرُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ "، أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَحْوِهِ

English Translation

It was narrated from Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Take from me, take from me. Allah has appointed a way for them: for the unmarried with the unmarried it is one hundred lashes and exile for one year; and for the married with the married it is one hundred lashes and stoning.'
