النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever takes an oath and then says: "If Allah wills," has made an exception (to the oath).'
