Chain of Narration (Isnad)
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْ
Body (Matn)
جُهَنِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ جَهَّزَ غَازِيًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، أَوْ خَلَفَ فِي أَهْلِهِ، كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مِثْلَ أَجْرِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الْغَازِي شَيْئًا "
English Translation
It was narrated from Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Whoever equips a warrior in the cause of Allah or looks after his family, Allah will record for him the same reward as the warrior, without the warrior's reward being diminished at all.'
