أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِ

هَابٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنِ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا وَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ مَالَهُ، فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever buys a slave and does not stipulate that his wealth belongs to him, the wealth does not belong to him.'
