أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَ

افِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقَ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Do not buy in competition with one another's purchases, do not intercept goods before they reach the market, and do not artificially inflate prices.'
