Chain of Narration (Isnad)
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَا
Body (Matn)
نَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَثَلُ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْمَكْتُوبَاتِ، كَمَثَلِ نَهْرٍ جَارٍ عَذْبٍ عَلَى بَاب أَحَدِكُمْ، يَغْتَسِلُ مِنْهُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ خَمْسَ مَرَّاتٍ "
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The likeness of the five obligatory prayers is like a flowing, fresh river at the door of one of you, in which he bathes five times every day.'
