Chain of Narration (Isnad)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : وَرُبَّمَا سَكَتَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :

" لَا تَدْخُلُوا عَلَى الْمُغِيبَاتِ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَجْرِي مِنَ ابْنِ آدَمَ كَمَجْرَى الدَّمِ "، قَالُوا : وَمِنْكَ؟، قَالَ : " نَعَمْ، وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ فَأَسْلَمَ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ☯ said: 'Do not enter upon women whose husbands are absent, for Satan runs through a person as blood runs through veins.' They said: 'And you too?' He said: 'Yes, but Allah helped me against him so I am safe.'
