حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

قَال : قُلْتُ لِعَلْقَمَةَ : مَا أَدْرِي مَا أَسْأَلُكَ عَنْهُ؟ قَالَ :" أَمِتْ جِيرَانَكَ "

English Translation
It was narrated that Ibrahim said: 'I said to Alqama: I do not know what to ask you about. He said: "Make your neighbors ignorant of it" — meaning the knowledge of inheritance — (that is, be the most knowledgeable so they come to you).'
