حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْن

ِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَأَبَوَيْهَا :" لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him), that he said regarding a woman who died leaving her husband and both parents: 'The husband gets half, and the mother gets a third of what remains.'
