بْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ تَرَكَ أُمَّهُ وَعَصَبَةَ أُمِّهِ، قَالَ :" الثُّلُثُ لِأُمِّهِ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Hisham, from al-Hasan (al-Basri), regarding the son of a woman who invoked mutual imprecation (li'an) who leaves his mother and the residual heirs on his mother's side: 'A third goes to his mother, and what remains goes to the residual heirs on his mother's side.'
