حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَن

ْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا، فَمَا بَقِي، فَهُوَ لِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Tawus, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet ﷺ, that he said: 'Distribute the obligatory shares of inheritance to their rightful heirs. Whatever remains after that goes to the nearest male relative.'
