حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ " عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ
Body (Matn)
مَمْلُوكًا لَهُ، فَمَاتَ وَمَاتَ الْمَوْلَى، فَتَرَكَ الْمُعْتِقُ أَبَاهُ وَابْنَهُ، فَقَالَ لِأَبِيهِ :كَذَا، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِابْنِهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Mughira that he said: 'I asked Ibrahim about a man who freed a slave, then both the freed slave and the patron died, and the one who freed him left behind his father and son.' He said: 'The father gets his (prescribed) share, and the rest goes to the son.'
