حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، وَسُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَن

ِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوَالِي الرَّجُلَ، قَالَا :" هُوَ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ". قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : وَكَذَلِكَ نَقُولُ

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Sha'bi and from al-Hasan (al-Basri) regarding a man who forms a bond of clientage (muwalat) with another man: 'His (inheritance) is shared among all the Muslims.' Sufyan said: 'This is our position as well.'
