حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ ، وَعَبْدَ اللَّهِ رَأَيَا أَنْيُوَرِّثَا خَالًا "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibrahim that Umar and Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) held the view that the maternal uncle should receive an inheritance share.
