أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَ

ى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا اجْتَمَعَ نَسَبَانِ، وُرِّثَ بِأَكْبَرِهِمَا، يَعْنِي الْمَجُوسَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Zuhri that he said: 'If two kinship ties come together (in a Zoroastrian), the inheritance is based on the greater of the two.' He means the Zoroastrians (who may have combined forbidden kinship ties such as marrying a mother).
