أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَا :" وَلَدُ الزِّنَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ "
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he ruled that the child born of fornication (walad al-zina) inherits from his mother and she inherits from him.
